Armando Espinosa

epiiT Founder & Lead Technician

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Armando.

I got into this from an odd angle. I wasn't just playing video games as a kid — I was hosting the game servers, running the online communities, and writing anti-cheat systems for them. That's really where the interest in networking and security came from, long before it was a career.

Over time that turned into real IT work — the kind where you're helping an actual organization keep its systems running instead of just messing with a home server. I still believe good IT support shouldn't be locked behind a paywall. A school or a small church deserves the same level of care a big company gets, without the big-company invoice.

epiiT is my love letter to solving everyday problems with limited resources: saving that dying business, guiding the small business that doesn't know where to start, and backing the people who show up and grind day in and day out.

Why epiiT

Our Company Values

What we stand by.

01

Savings First

I look for the cheapest option that will actually hold up — not the priciest fix, and not a corner-cut one that fails on you in a few months.

02

Built to Work

Cheap and reliable aren't opposites. I won't hand you something that saves money today and costs you double next month.

03

Honest & Transparent

No extra fluff I will be transparent where to really put your money into.

04

Direct Line, No Runaround

You talk to the person actually doing the work, not a ticket queue. Small by choice, so nothing gets lost in translation.

How We Work

Our IT Process

From vision to execution, we're with you every step of the way.

1

Discovery & Planning

I walk through what's actually going on — what's breaking, what you're trying to accomplish — and map the fix against what you can actually spend.

2

Implement & Deploy

I do the work with as little disruption to your day as possible, and test everything before calling it done.

3

Ongoing Support

Once it's live, you can still reach me by email or through a support ticket if something looks off — catching a small issue early beats an expensive fix after it breaks.
